aifinyo, a Fintech company in Dresden, is seeking a part-time DevOps Engineer (20-30 hours) to simplify financial processes for startups, freelancers, and businesses using smart digital solutions.

• Minimum three years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, especially with GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS ECS.
• Secure use of AWS services, ideally in multi-account environments.
• Standard use of Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Additional knowledge in Node.js, PHP, Python, or Ruby is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver.
• Team-oriented.
• Open and clear communication skills.
• Fluent German language skills for effective team communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate AWS infrastructure in a multi-account environment using Terraform Cloud.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Argo CD for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Manage and optimize container applications with Kubernetes and AWS ECS for high availability, scalability, and security.
• Implement monitoring solutions with Grafana and ELK Stack to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure infrastructure and product integration.
• Identify automation potential to increase platform reliability.
• Ensure system and data protection according to industry standards and best practices.
• Respond to system warnings and failures, analyze causes, and implement preventive measures.
