Job summary
As a DevOps Engineer at Athlon Germany, you will be responsible for the provision and continuous development of a reliable development and operating environment. You will automate processes along the software lifecycle, support stable and efficient platform operations, and ensure modern technical solutions are optimally aligned with the needs of development teams. You will actively shape the further development of our development, cloud, and operating platforms.

Qualifications
- Strong hands-on mentality

- Understanding of agile development processes and methods
- Experience in application operations, configuration management, and/or automated deployments
- Very good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD
- Very good Linux knowledge
- At least good Windows Server knowledge
- Good knowledge of cloud computing and cloud infrastructure
- Good knowledge of common programming languages
- Strong skills in computer networks
- Experience in the conception, setup, and maintenance of large, high-performance systems and frameworks
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken
- Industry knowledge of financial services and relevant regulations (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT, DORA)
