Job summary
The DevOps Engineer automates and operates IT processes for modern applications, supporting secure digital solutions under strict quality and data-protection requirements. The role builds CI/CD pipelines, containerizes microservices, standardizes build, test, and deployment workflows, advises product-owner and software-engineering teams, and provides second- and third-level support. Key technologies include Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Java.

Qualifications
- Relevant professional experience in DevOps Engineering or a comparable position
- Understanding of DevOps principles and interest in applying them
- Professional experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and deploying large software applications
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Java, microservice architectures, and API design using REST or messaging
- Experience with logging tools such as Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Splunk
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Alertmanager
- Analytical, service-oriented, and independent working approach
- Very good written and spoken German, at least C1
- Completed university degree in information technology, natural sciences, mathematics, or engineering
Responsibilities
