The DevOps Engineer role is pivotal in shaping the future of IT infrastructure by managing automation, platform stability, and the secure operation of modern applications. Responsibilities include developing infrastructure components, managing CI/CD environments, and overseeing internal AI tooling, utilizing technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Think and work according to DevOps principles
- Proficient in Kubernetes and Git
- Linux as primary working environment
- Write code to solve problems
- Interest in making AI tools usable in daily work
- Work in a structured manner and automate recurring tasks
- Communicate effectively in German and English
Responsibilities
- Develop and operate infrastructure components, platform services, and automation solutions
- Design CI/CD environments and maintain stable and secure deployment processes
- Monitor systems – including monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Operate internal AI tooling and build a solid AI Development Harness
- Manage Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, virtualization, storage, identity services, and platform operations
