DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) - Kubernetes

Job summary

Designs, implements, and operates Kubernetes platforms for customer projects, guiding cloud-native transformations from architecture through production and stable application operations. The role also establishes automated CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, advises customers on architecture and open-source or cloud tools, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams using technologies such as Kubernetes, Argo CD, Flux, Helm, and Python.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Several years of experience building Kubernetes clusters, including operating them on-premises and in the cloud.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes networking, including Calico or Cilium, storage concepts, and configuration management with Helm or Kustomize.
• Practical experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux, and automation using Bash or Python.
• Confident customer-facing communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent German and English.
