DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Job summary

As a DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) at Athlon Germany, you will be responsible for the provision and continuous development of a reliable development and operating environment. You will automate processes along the software lifecycle and ensure modern technical solutions are optimally aligned with the development teams' requirements. This role involves actively shaping the further development of our development, cloud, and operating platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in application operations, configuration management, and/or automated deployments
• Very good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD (Github Actions)
• Very good Linux knowledge
• Good Windows Server knowledge
• Good knowledge of cloud computing and cloud infrastructure
• Good knowledge of common programming languages
• Strong skills in computer networks
• Experience in the conception, setup, and maintenance of large, high-performance systems and frameworks
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Industry knowledge of financial services and relevant regulations (e.g., MaRisk, BAIT, DORA)
