Job summary
Design, automate, improve, and manage Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS environments for clients, with a focus on stability, security, scalability, and alignment with organizational needs. The role combines hands-on work with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, governance, identity and access management, and networking, alongside client advice and service improvement. Technologies include Azure, Bicep, Terraform, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AI-enabled DevOps.

Qualifications
- At least 4 years of relevant experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Platform Engineer
- Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS management, improvement, and automation
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Bicep, and/or Terraform
- Knowledge of CI/CD, containers, networking, security, identity and access management, and cloud governance
- Familiarity with the Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework
- Experience with service-oriented delivery and ITIL incident, change, and problem management
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, security, standardization, and lifecycle management
- Ability to advise clients, explain technical decisions, and implement improvements
- AZ-400 and AZ-305 certifications, or willingness to obtain them
- Strong spoken and written Dutch
Responsibilities
- Design, automate, improve, and manage Azure IaaS and PaaS environments
- Implement infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response
- Manage cloud governance, identity and access management, networking, and platform standards
- Serve as a technical point of contact for clients
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Advise clients on governance, security, lifecycle management, and platform optimization
- Translate technical challenges into improvement actions
- Conduct assessments and contribute to service delivery improvements
