• Hands-on Kubernetes and/or OpenShift engineering experience.
• Strong Terraform experience.
• Experience with Backstage or another internal developer platform.
• Continuous delivery experience.
• Observability experience, including metrics, telemetry, SLOs, and runbook automation.
• Background in platform engineering and control engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters and workloads.
• Provision and manage repeatable infrastructure using Terraform.
• Design and improve continuous delivery pipelines.
• Develop the internal developer platform, including Backstage, to provide self-service capabilities.
• Improve observability across metrics, telemetry, logging, and alerting.
• Define and track SLOs to improve platform reliability and performance.
• Automate runbooks and operational tasks to reduce manual effort and accelerate incident response.
• Apply platform and control engineering practices to support security, governance, and compliance.
