DevOps Engineer Microsoft Infrastruktur & Cloud Plattform

Job summary

Centris AG is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage and develop Microsoft infrastructure and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Completed education in computer science (EFZ, HF/FH or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in Microsoft environment focusing on Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hybrid Microsoft infrastructures
• Experience in operating and administering Windows Server platforms
• Good knowledge of Azure or strong interest in further development in this area
• Experience with automation and scripting, especially PowerShell
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) is a plus
• Experience in IT Service Management (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)
• Knowledge in Identity Management, Security, and Microsoft Entra ID is a plus
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and enabling stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with departments and technical teams
• High initiative, willingness to learn, and perseverance
• Very good German skills, English skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Teams and Exchange services
• Maintain Windows Server infrastructure in On-Premises and Hybrid environments
• Ensure availability, stability, and security of Microsoft platforms
• Analyze and resolve incidents
• Plan and implement changes, participate in problem management
• Support Microsoft 365 and client/server infrastructure
• Ensure stable operations, participate in on-call duty
• Contribute to Azure Cloud platform development and operations
• Develop and operate cloud architectures focusing on security and identity
• Implement and monitor security and compliance requirements
• Automate deployments with Infrastructure as Code and scripting
• Collaborate with teams during onboarding
