DevOps Engineer

Job summary

An experienced AI DevOps Engineer is sought to join the Core DevOps Team. This role focuses on enhancing the AI-centric developer experience by delivering key SDLC capabilities, automating product updates, identifying and resolving production issues, and implementing AI-focused integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
• Broad experience with AI Coding Tools across the Software Development Lifecycle
• Solid programming experience in an object-oriented language, preferably Python
• Proficiency in GitOps workflows and CI tools like GitHub Actions
• Experience running DevOps tools in the cloud, with AWS preferred or GCP
• Mastery of containers and working knowledge of Kubernetes, including Continuous Deployment patterns
• Solid Infrastructure as Code programming experience with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Knowledge of test-driven development with a focus on software quality
• Experience implementing observability with DataDog and Elastic

Responsibilities

• Engage with the developer community to ensure successful outcomes
• Build secure AI Dev Tools and integrations to improve developer experience
• Automate and deploy upgrades to the DevOps platform
• Provide Level 3 technical support for the DevOps platform
• Implement best practices for security and observability of the DevOps platform
• Participate in on-call rotation and blameless postmortem practices for incidents
