Job summary

Ensure stable, secure, and high-performance operation of Kubernetes-based infrastructure and drive its development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in IT
• Experience in administering large Kubernetes clusters
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally Azure or Hetzner Cloud
• Proficient with Linux systems, Bash scripting, and shell automation
• Experience with DevOps/Pipelines and automation of IT infrastructure/networks
• Experience in administration and management of network infrastructures
• Practical experience with Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Grafana for system monitoring and analysis
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Quick learner with strong analytical skills, teamwork ability, and independent action

Responsibilities

• Build and administer a large business-critical Kubernetes cluster
• Plan and develop automated deployments and infrastructure processes in the cloud
• Optimize and maintain existing CI/CD processes
• Support system operations, especially in networking, databases, and server administration
• Introduce new platform and application components, standardize and automate their operation
• Create technical concepts and documentation for service operation and development
