Job summary
Moody's is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the design, deployment, and operation of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with source code management systems like GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
- Basic knowledge of Linux-based operating systems.
- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker.
- Understanding of cloud and DevOps security concepts.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, deployment, and operation of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps platforms.
- Drive adoption of serverless architectures and container-based platforms.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code practices.
- Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize Amazon Web Services resource utilization.
- Administer software-as-a-service development tools.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices.
