DevOps Engineer

Job summary

As a DevOps Engineer at Nedap, you are responsible for deploying applications and developing CI/CD pipelines. You collaborate with development teams on scalable SaaS solutions and promote automation and best practices within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
• Good knowledge and experience with pipeline tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and CircleCI
• Experience with scripting in Bash; experience with Python and/or JavaScript is a plus
• Experience managing production infrastructure and designing and building build, deployment, and monitoring systems
• Good command of the English language; fluent Dutch is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure deployments with Terraform
• Support development teams in using and developing the infrastructure platform
• Develop deployment pipelines for services running on Nomad and Kubernetes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Bash, and Python
• Promote automation, self-service, and engineering best practices within development teams
• Challenge development teams on architectural choices for scalable, maintainable, and reliable SaaS solutions
