• develop and enhance automation patterns, pipelines and tools

• apply infrastructure-as-code and network-as-code principles
• embed security, compliance and risk controls into automation and pipeline design
• support automated change, incident and operational workflows
• work with container platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes
• explore practical uses of AI-enabled tooling and workflows
