Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer (On-Prem) in Abu Dhabi to build secure, scalable platforms for a public-sector organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience with on-premise infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Manage multiple isolated environments (DEV, TEST, STAGING, UAT, PROD).
• Knowledge of network security zoning architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAFs).
• Experience with External and Internal API Gateways.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms (Software AG).
• Integrate and operate Identity Providers (IdP) (miniOrange).
• Knowledge of OIDC / OAuth2 and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Experience with TLS / mTLS and PKI-based certificate management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement Secure SDLC practices.
• Knowledge of threat modeling techniques.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with centralized logging and application monitoring.
• Support backup, replication, and disaster recovery processes.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or above.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain on-premise infrastructure across DEV, TEST, STAGING, UAT, and PROD.
• Ensure network zoning and environment segregation.
• Configure and support Web Application Firewalls (WAFs).
• Operate and maintain External and Internal API Gateways.
• Support enterprise integrations via Software AG integration platform.
• Manage identity and access infrastructure including miniOrange IdP and MFA.
• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement Secure SDLC controls.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and audit capabilities.
• Support backup, replication, and disaster recovery activities.
