Job summary
DevOps Engineer - On Premises Cloud position in Berlin focused on Kubernetes environments and infrastructure automation.
Qualifications
- Experience with on-premises Kubernetes operations and container technologies
- Proficient in building and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Strong Linux administration skills
- Knowledge in scripting and automation, virtualization technologies, and networking
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies like Ansible and Terraform
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and openness to new technologies
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate on-premises Kubernetes environments
- Automate infrastructure processes using IaC tools
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of the container platform
- Integrate new services and microservices into Kubernetes environments
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex cluster environments
- Implement security measures such as RBAC and secrets management
- Manage bare-metal storage solutions and Kubernetes cluster lifecycle
