DevOps Engineer

Job summary

Deliver and operate secure, production-ready AWS infrastructure using Terraform to support multiple .NET products. The role involves designing and refactoring reusable infrastructure modules, deploying architectures across multi-account and multi-region environments, and integrating infrastructure delivery with GitLab CI/CD. Work with development teams across AWS services including ECS/Fargate, EC2, PostgreSQL on RDS, SQS/SNS, S3, CloudFront, and IAM, while supporting observability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Experience delivering AWS infrastructure at scale across multiple accounts and regions.
• Expertise in Terraform module design, testing, and state management.
• Strong understanding of AWS networking, security, and identity management.
• Experience delivering production systems with development teams.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience, preferably with GitLab.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Awareness of cloud security and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build, extend, and refactor Terraform modules for AWS infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and deploy architectures for new and existing products.
• Translate application requirements into secure, scalable infrastructure with development teams.
• Integrate Terraform infrastructure deployments into GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and least privilege.
• Support operational readiness through monitoring, logging, metrics, and scaling.
• Optimize infrastructure costs.
