Job summary
The role designs, develops, and operates IT solutions for end-to-end order monitoring, translating business requirements into applications and supporting S/4 transformation projects. Work includes SAP configuration and ABAP development, solution prototyping, escalated ticket resolution, testing, and global user training and rollouts, in collaboration with business partners and an agile Sprint team.

Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, informatics, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Four to six years of experience with SAP applications.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end order-to-invoice processes.
- Functional knowledge of SAP SD.
- Very good English language skills and experience working in an international environment.
- Strong communication skills to translate business needs into IT requirements and lead end-user groups.
- Experience with S/4HANA, ABAP OO, ABAP unit testing, SAP Fiori UI, Scrum, or Kanban is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design S/4 solutions for end-to-end order monitoring transformation projects.
- Develop, configure, and operate complex order monitoring applications.
- Estimate and design solutions for change requests and projects, then support their development and optimization.
- Design technical solutions for business requirements with DevOps engineers and business partners.
- Create prototypes using SAP and non-SAP technologies.
- Analyze and resolve escalated user and system tickets, provide instructions, and train affected users.
- Participate in Sprint events and pull tasks from the agile backlog.
- Support application testing and develop automated tests.
- Implement solutions using ABAP development and SAP customizing.
- Maintain a global power-user community, support rollouts, and lead training sessions.
