Job summary
Operate and evolve a high-availability SaaS platform supporting airline operations, with production and development environments on AWS and Kubernetes. The role covers CI/CD automation using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps, monitoring, database backup and recovery, incident response, and improvements to cost, performance, and security. You will also collaborate with development, QA, and data science teams to integrate AI tools into their workflows.

Qualifications
- At least 6 years operating and maintaining Kubernetes platforms in high-availability SaaS production environments
- Advanced experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Experience with GitOps workflows and GitHub Actions
- Regular use and integration of AI tools such as Claude in development and infrastructure workflows
- C1-level English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Operate AWS and Kubernetes SaaS production and development environments to maintain availability and performance
- Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps
- Build and maintain monitoring solutions to detect application failures and track performance
- Manage database backups and restoration, meet RPO and RTO objectives, and test continuity and high availability
- Lead incident management and technical problem resolution in line with SLAs and SLOs
- Improve architecture and infrastructure for cost, performance, and security
- Collaborate with development, QA, and data science teams to integrate AI tools into workflows
