Job summary
Build, automate, and operate cloud and on-premise systems supporting an ERP platform in the shipbuilding domain. The role covers Terraform-based platform management, Linux administration, Docker images, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and releases with Liquibase, as well as operating Nginx, proxies, load balancers, and middleware such as RabbitMQ and Redis. You will also monitor and troubleshoot platform performance, support Oracle database security and optimization, and coordinate infrastructure issues with development and operations teams.

Qualifications
- IT-related vocational qualification or degree, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a comparable technical environment
- Linux administration skills, ideally with Debian or Ubuntu
- Practical experience with Terraform and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet
- Experience with Git, GitLab, and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Strong Docker skills, including Docker Compose and container image security
- Experience configuring and operating Nginx, proxies, and load balancing solutions
- Understanding of networks, firewalls, DNS, and routing
- Knowledge of several of RabbitMQ, Redis, Dragonfly, Graylog, Liquibase, Oracle, or Tideways
- Understanding of automation, operational reliability, monitoring, and systematic troubleshooting
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to learn the ERP-specific platform and its technical requirements
Responsibilities
- Build, automate, and operate cloud and on-premise systems in the ERP environment
- Manage platform environments with Terraform
- Install, configure, and maintain application-related components on Linux systems
- Create, maintain, optimize, and secure Docker images and runtime environments
- Develop and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Automate software and database releases, including schema migrations with Liquibase
- Configure and operate Nginx, proxies, load balancers, middleware, and caching solutions
- Monitor systems and investigate faults and performance bottlenecks using Graylog and Tideways
- Support Oracle database security and performance optimization
- Troubleshoot technical incidents and network or connectivity issues
- Coordinate firewall, DNS, and routing requirements with infrastructure teams
