Job summary
The Universitätsmedizin Frankfurt is seeking a DevOps Engineer for platform automation and AI workflows.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science, Medical Informatics or related field
- In-depth knowledge of self-hosted infrastructure automation
- Experience in AI workflow development
- Knowledge in backend development
- Willingness to build solutions on self-hosted infrastructure
- Interest in scientific research topics
- Engaged, independent, meticulous, and team-oriented
- Very good language skills in German and English
Responsibilities
- Automate self-hosted research platform
- Develop AI workflows
- Operate and test AI inference environments
- Implement IT security and sovereignty requirements
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs
- Monitor and analyze applications in production
- Manage assigned components and topics
- Provide technical support for portals and applications
- Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly
