Devops Engineer

Job summary

The DevOps Engineer role focuses on enhancing platform reliability and operational efficiency within a complex ecosystem supporting numerous enterprise applications. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Production Support for high-performance applications
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and Unix
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Dynatrace and ELK Stack
• Strong experience in Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 operational support for production systems in a 24x7 environment
• Monitor application health, performance, availability, and customer experience across the platform
• Drive proactive issue detection and prevention
• Participate in incident response and major incident management
• Perform root cause analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with various teams to resolve issues
• Create and maintain operational runbooks and support documentation
• Build and optimize monitoring dashboards and alerts
• Analyze application logs and performance metrics
• Act as a technical responder during production incidents
• Coordinate issue resolution across technical teams
• Manage incident lifecycle activities
• Identify recurring issues and lead problem management initiatives
• Develop automation solutions to reduce manual effort
• Leverage AI and intelligent operational tooling
