Job summary
This development-focused DevOps role builds and operates employee authentication services used by approximately 48,000 people across 34 countries. The engineer designs and maintains applications, integrations, and platform services using C# and PowerShell, improves Azure DevOps pipelines and infrastructure as code, and takes end-to-end responsibility for security, production support, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management across about 75 interconnected components.

Qualifications
- Software engineering experience, especially with C# and PowerShell or comparable technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD, YAML, code reviews, and collaborative development.
- Experience with identity and authentication technologies and a good understanding of security principles.
- Experience working in complex, interconnected environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand unfamiliar systems and explain technical decisions.
- Proactive ownership and a practical DevOps mindset, including operational support and troubleshooting.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Analyze functional, technical, security, and operational requirements and translate them into maintainable solutions.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain applications, integrations, and platform services.
- Develop and maintain solutions in C# and PowerShell.
- Improve automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code while addressing vulnerabilities and technical debt.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot services, and manage their lifecycle.
- Take end-to-end service ownership, including on-call duties.
