Job summary
As a DevOps Engineer, you improve the delivery and reliability of business-critical calculators for credit-risk and capital calculations. You automate build, test, and release workflows; support the testing, deployment, and maintenance of Python applications; and investigate production incidents. You also strengthen monitoring, logging, security, and compliance while working with development teams to deliver software safely and reliably.

Qualifications
- Higher professional or university-level working and thinking ability.
- At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or Cloud Engineer.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, continuous integration and delivery, infrastructure as code, and automated software deployment.
- Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with application monitoring and observability.
- Ability to read and understand Python code; knowledge of package management, dependencies, and virtual environments.
- Analytical and proactive approach, strong communication skills, and experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Dutch language proficiency is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Automate build, test, and release processes for calculators and supporting software.
- Design, build, and maintain automated development and deployment workflows.
- Support development teams in testing, deploying, and maintaining Python applications.
- Improve software quality through automated checks.
- Analyze and resolve production incidents.
- Improve monitoring, logging, alerts, security, and compliance.
- Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.
