Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an IT role
- Experience with agile and/or SAFe and DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of and experience with property insurance
- Knowledge of and experience with ITSM, particularly incident, problem, and change management processes
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Flexible attitude and willingness to take on other roles
Responsibilities
- Lead the adoption of best practices
- Coordinate the work of external suppliers and act as a content sparring partner
- Translate business requirements into realizable solutions in collaboration with suppliers
- Align content with suppliers and implement results
- Test results against pre-established requirements after delivery
- Ensure availability, reliability, stability, and security of operational systems post-deployment
