Job summary
Provides Tier I/II technical and operational support for a critical watchfloor capability in a 24/7/365 mission environment, monitoring systems, managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with users and technical teams to maintain availability. Level 2 responsibilities also include Linux administration and deployments, Docker and Kubernetes containerization, cluster orchestration, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps practices; the role requires rotating 12-hour shifts and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications
- Experience providing Tier I/II support in an operational or enterprise environment
- Experience monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and coordinating escalations
- Level 2 requires four years of relevant deployment, Linux, containerization, cloud, and DevSecOps experience
- Recent Kubernetes, cluster orchestration, and containerization experience within the last three years for Level 2
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7/365 environment
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational systems and support system availability
- Identify, document, categorize, prioritize, and track incidents in a ticketing system
- Perform initial troubleshooting using knowledge bases and incident procedures
- Resolve common technical issues and escalate complex incidents
- Update users on incident status and resolution
- Document troubleshooting steps, technical issues, and resolutions
- Support Linux environments, containerization, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps practices
- Provide 24/7 call-in support for critical operational system issues at Level 2
