Seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage CI/CD pipelines, support production operations, and drive automation in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Chef cookbooks and configuration management.
• Proven CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Bitbucket.
• Experience managing ServiceNow Change, Incident, and Release processes.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Cucumber and Behaviour-Driven Development.
• Understanding of DevOps, security compliance, and operational governance.
• Experience supporting enterprise integration platforms and production support.

Responsibilities

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
• Execute, validate, and troubleshoot application and integration deployments.
• Maintain integration connectivity and platform health.
• Provide L3 production support and incident resolution.
• Support release management and environment lifecycle activities.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and audit requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
