Job summary
The DevOps Engineer shapes strategy, governance, and tooling standards across platforms and teams in a financial-markets technology environment. The role governs CI/CD pipelines and environments with GitLab CI, develops AI-assisted DevOps practices, manages application resources in OpenShift, and supports release management and Azure operations using tools including Argo CD and Ansible Automation Platform.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Relevant experience in DevOps and platform engineering
- Hands-on experience with Argo CD, Ansible Automation Platform, and GitLab CI
- Experience managing application resources and virtual machines in OpenShift, including troubleshooting and access
- Working knowledge of SQL and Azure cloud resource management
- Experience supporting release management, entitlement management, and production-oriented DevOps operations
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Spanish proficiency at C2 level
Responsibilities
- Drive DevOps strategy, governance, and tooling standardization across platforms and teams
- Govern CI/CD pipelines and environments to support reliable, secure, repeatable delivery
- Develop AI-assisted DevOps practices to improve automation, operational efficiency, engineering quality, and productivity
- Manage application resources in OpenShift projects, including ConfigMaps, secrets, access, and configuration changes
- Support release management and Azure resource operations in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams
