DevOps Engineer

Job summary

The DevOps Engineer role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting automation for public and private cloud software deployments, enhancing efficiency and scalability. Key responsibilities include building automation tools, managing AWS resources, and automating CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as Node.JS, .NET Core, Python, and AWS services like VPC, EC2, and Lambda.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing AWS resources and automating CI/CD pipelines.
• AWS Certified Developer Associate and/or AWS SysOps Administrator Associate.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate Certification.
• Experience in Release Engineering or automated build environments.
• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience automating Blue/Green or Canary deployments.
• Experience with microservices or event-driven architecture.
• Experience using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and OWASP top 10.
• Advanced understanding of AWS concepts like VPC, EC2, and Lambda.
• Proficiency in Node.JS or .NET Core(C#).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in an Agile environment with engineers and product teams.
• Documents work results and prepares status reports.
