Qualifications

• Completed degree in Computer Science, comparable qualification or several years of experience
• Extensive experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiar with installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux tools and modern IT concepts
• Practical experience with customer service portals and ticket systems in agile processes
• Experience with military standards and approval processes
• Very good German and English skills, intercultural competencies, and experience in direct customer contact

Responsibilities

• Ensure a stable tool landscape for the software development process
• Maintain readiness of IT systems, test and inspection systems
• Create balanced commissioning specifications with documentation
• Support interdisciplinary project teams with system configurations and maintenance plans
• Document and address faulty events during on-site operations
• Independently install and maintain customer systems nationally and internationally
• Provide first-level support and represent the company during on-site operations
• Act as main contact for colleagues and lead subprojects
• Support acquisition and sales activities focused on service and maintenance
