Job summary
This role focuses on ensuring the smooth and stable delivery of software to customers by building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized environments, and overseeing staging environments. The ideal candidate will act as a troubleshooter and system guardian, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.

Qualifications
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer or Administrator
- Think in terms of automation
- Proficient in Docker and GitLab CI
- Familiar with Portainer
- Able to install and maintain SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Computer science degree or relevant training
- Acquired skills as a career changer
- Fluent in German for communication with developers
Responsibilities
- Plan and build CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
- Orchestrate Docker containers with Portainer
- Build a trustworthy staging environment
- Ensure tests and test data (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) are available
- Monitor system health with Grafana and Prometheus
- Troubleshoot errors in network, database, or containers
