Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Deploying, managing, and troubleshooting cloud environments on AWS
- Owning customer operations end-to-end
- Conducting root cause analysis using real data
- Operating and maintaining system tools
- Managing network, security, and identity services
- Writing and maintaining runbooks
- Testing new product releases and validating fixes
- Building automation to eliminate manual operational work
