DevOps Engineer (w/d/m)

Job summary

EWE AG is seeking a DevOps Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of cloud-native platforms and ensure the reliable operation of digital e-mobility products.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer
• Experience with on-call rotation and incident management
• Experience with building and operating cloud-native applications in AWS
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform with 2+ years of experience
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with automated testing
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of scripting and programming languages like Bash and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
• Experience in agile software development and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German proficiency at B1 level or above

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation and continuous improvement of digital e-mobility products
• Develop, provision, and operate AWS cloud application environments using Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines and technical automation processes
• Monitor cloud accounts and application environments
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management
• Perform release deployments and migration processes
• Define and implement security and reliability measures
• Collaborate on cloud infrastructure and technical support tasks
• Share knowledge through technical demos and documentation
