DevOps Engineer (w/m/d)

Job summary

As a DevOps Engineer at Capgemini, you will integrate code, infrastructure, and cloud technologies, leveraging your skills within an international DevOps Expert Center. You will help build sustainable IT architectures for complex landscapes, ensure the reliable and fast delivery of software, and simplify processes through smart, automated solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Software Engineering from studies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Enthusiasm for fully automated CI/CD pipelines to quickly and securely bring applications from the first commit to production.
• Experience with tools and technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Java, and Jira.
• Fluent in German and English, at least C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable and maintainable IT architectures for complex IT landscapes.
• Ensure business-critical systems are operational.
• Ensure software is created, tested, and released faster and more reliably.
• Build and operate Sovereign AI platforms that ensure data protection, data sovereignty, and regulatory requirements.
• Simplify daily work processes by creating smart, automated solutions in agile Scrum or platform teams.
• Bridge the gap between Development and Operations.
