Job summary
RBC is seeking a DevOps Engineer specializing in Workday Integrations to enhance the reliability and efficiency of their enterprise data pipelines.
Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience building Workday Integrations.
- 3+ years managing enterprise integrations with SRE, DevOps, or automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with ITIL service management and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Analytical skills to dissect complex data payloads.
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, testing, and validation of Workday integrations.
- Automate regression testing using scripting languages.
- Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) or automated scripts for integration environment provisioning.
- Design and implement monitoring dashboards using APM tools.
- Establish alerting thresholds and self-healing scripts for data flow bottlenecks.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for integration failures.
- Own Tier 3 production support for Workday integrations.
- Optimize data transformations by refactoring XSLT, XML, and JSON payloads.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams to troubleshoot network connectivity and API endpoints.
