Job summary

The DevOps Engineering Manager role is centered on leading technological transformations for clients through complex Cloud, DevOps, and AI platform projects. Responsibilities include developing technical strategies, overseeing project teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of cloud-native software and AI solutions from conception to production.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, or Cloud Architecture
• Experience in leading teams and technical workstreams or complex implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of at least one public cloud, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, container technologies, and cloud-native architectures
• Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies like Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or Bicep

Responsibilities

• Lead complex DevOps, Cloud, and Platform Engineering projects from conception to production
• Develop technical strategies, platform strategies, and roadmaps for cloud-native software and AI landscapes
• Oversee project teams and technical workstreams, ensuring quality and customer value
• Guide clients in establishing MLOps and LLMOps processes for reliable AI application deployment
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and represent architectural decisions to clients
