Qualifications
- previous experience leading software teams
- proven experience as a DevOps Engineer within a software development team
- experience tutoring, mentoring and developing software developers
- experience implementing DevOps security controls and automation
- experience working in regulated environments and producing technical documentation aligned with Defence standards
Responsibilities
- provide technical leadership to a high-performing engineering team
- lead delivery of software development environments, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, cyber security services and release management activities
- drive DevOps strategy by embedding automation, security and continuous improvement
- manage cloud platforms, Kubernetes environments and Infrastructure as Code
- oversee Software Integration Laboratory, vulnerability management and software releases
