Build data warehouse solutions for reporting and analytics at a major Dutch bank.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with performance tuning and understanding of engine behaviour
• Solid data modelling experience and star schema design
• Experience with data warehouse environments, preferably Dedicated SQL Pools
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
• Experience in Agile or Scrum within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise data warehouse solutions for reporting and analytics
• Write and tune complex SQL for processing and transforming data
• Build and maintain data models
• Analyze query performance and SQL engine behaviour
• Develop data products based on business stakeholder needs
• Work in a modern DWH environment, preferably Azure Synapse Dedicated SQL Pools
• Utilize Git and standard DevOps practices
• Coach colleagues in BI development and SQL
