Job summary

The role involves working as a DevOps Engineer/SRE focused on observability within a large-scale platform. Key responsibilities include designing and evolving the observability platform, migrating and deploying OpenTelemetry, and administering tools on Kubernetes, while ensuring continuous improvement and supporting Dev and Ops teams in best practices.

Qualifications

• at least 5 years of experience in Cloud architectures
• several years focused on instrumentation, monitoring, and application performance
• experienced and autonomous
• used OpenTelemetry in production
• very comfortable with Kubernetes
• able to work on observability environments handling large volumes
• comfortable supporting technical teams
• able to document work and transmit knowledge
• professional English required

Responsibilities

• design and evolve the observability platform
• migrate and deploy OpenTelemetry at scale
• design, integrate, template, and deploy various components
• configure and supervise components deployed on Kubernetes or consumed as SaaS
• administer and industrialize platform tools
• manage incidents and observability-related issues
• continuously improve platform performance
• support Dev and Ops teams in tool usage and best practices
• assist teams with telemetry, metrics, logs, traces, SRE, and SLO
• write technical documentation and operational procedures
• transfer skills to internal teams
