Job summary

Monaco Digital is seeking a DevOps Administrator to focus on the administration, evolution, and security of a software factory in an on-premise environment.

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science (Bac+5).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Factory Administrator, Integration Engineer, or DevOps in critical and complex environments.
• Excellent mastery of software factory tools and CI/CD technologies such as GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, or SonarQube.
• Strong experience in automation, system administration, configuration management with Ansible, and scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Proficient in Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.
• Professional level of English required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure platform availability, performance, and security.
• Perform major and minor version upgrades and apply security patches.
• Implement backup, restoration, and disaster recovery operations.
• Manage user permissions and conduct periodic access reviews.
• Ensure isolation of development, testing, and production environments.
• Provision CI/CD pipelines for projects.
• Create and manage GitLab repositories, pipelines, and Jenkins jobs.
• Design, maintain, and evolve Ansible playbooks.
• Automate deployments and optimize integration and delivery processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement of DevOps tools and practices.
• Design and maintain automation pipelines for all environments.
• Contribute to technical design documentation.
• Support technical compliance and homologation processes.
• Document processes, standards, and best practices.
• Promote DevOps culture among development and operations teams.
• Audit existing practices and propose improvement plans.
• Assist teams in optimizing their delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, network, architecture, security, and development teams.
• Provide technical expertise and support for development platform issues.
