Job summary
The role operates and expands the self-hosted infrastructure supporting film distribution and review-and-approval products, covering Linux servers, Proxmox virtualization, storage, networking, security, and deployment pipelines. Working closely with developers, it deploys and runs PHP/Vue.js services, containerizes applications, and maintains monitoring and observability; the environment includes Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

Qualifications
- Experience administering Linux servers, including Debian, Ubuntu, or RHEL-based systems.
- Virtualization experience; Proxmox PVE with KVM or LXC is preferred.
- Production experience with Docker.
- Networking knowledge covering VLANs, firewalls, routing, reverse proxies, and VPNs.
- Practical experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI pipelines.
- Structured, independent working style and interest in automation.
- Good German and English language skills.
- Able to work primarily on-site in Berlin-Tempelhof.
Responsibilities
- Operate and expand the self-hosted Linux and Proxmox server infrastructure.
- Manage shared storage, firewalls, VLANs, routing, reverse proxies, and VPN access.
- Build and maintain Jenkins and GitLab deployment pipelines for SHARC and COPRA.
- Containerize services with Docker and develop Kubernetes and Helm capabilities.
- Maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Wazuh.
- Collaborate with developers to deploy and operate PHP/Vue.js products.
- Help create secure environments for AI workflows.
