Job summary

TKMS is seeking a DevOps Engineer to evaluate, plan, implement, maintain, and optimize tools necessary for software development.

Qualifications

• completed degree in computer science or a related field and several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• proficient in Linux, virtualization (VMware), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI)
• experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash
• strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, enthusiasm for new technologies, and affinity for agile working methods
• teamwork and effective communication in German and English

Responsibilities

• evaluate, plan, implement, maintain, and optimize tools for software development
• create implementation concepts and software designs
• optimize CI/CD pipelines and support development teams
• implement and manage security measures and policies
• evaluate overall architecture for compliance with time, quality, and cost targets
