The DevOps role at Intact involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of runtime environments across multiple data centers and cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in system availability, scalability, and performance.
• Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Skills in infrastructure automation, including scripting, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Openshift for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of SysAdmin and VM Management.
• Knowledge of network concepts, routing, and firewall basics.
• Strong on-premise/data center SRE experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Bilingualism in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation and maintenance of Openshift Clusters across multiple data centers.
• Manage deployment and maintenance of AWS resources.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and optimal performance of runtime environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve runtime issues promptly.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.
