Job summary

The DevOps & IoT Platform Engineer is responsible for supporting the build, operation, automation, and reliability of the digital infrastructure for connected products and industrial IoT capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve automation for cloud and IoT platform services
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Help maintain Azure-based development, test, QA and production environments
• Contribute to secure platform configuration and operational governance
• Monitor platform health and investigate operational issues
• Support reliable device-to-cloud data flows
• Work with telemetry and industrial IoT data sources
• Support operational data pipelines for analytics and insights
• Assist with troubleshooting data ingestion and integration issues
• Document deployment steps and support processes
• Work with IT and cyber security teams for service availability
• Contribute to data validation and transformation
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate platform delivery
• Develop capability in MLOps practices
• Support AI developers with repeatable workflows
• Contribute to the development of the ML platform
