DEVOPS LEAD L1(CONTRACT)

Job summary

Lead DevOps team to enhance coordination among operations, development, and testing through automation and streamlined processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical solution support for continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)
• Design and define DevOps architecture/framework for project delivery
• Decide on DevOps tools and platforms based on customer requirements
• Create tool deployment model for validation, testing, and monitoring
• Define and manage IT infrastructure for supported software code
• Manage DevOps pipeline across the application life cycle
• Collaborate on coding and scripting for software release
• Ensure onboarding application configuration from planning to release
• Integrate security in the DevOps lifecycle to maintain data privacy
• Provide customer support on DevOps tools
• Support internal and external customer escalations
• Troubleshoot implementation issues with DevOps tools
• Perform root cause analysis of major incidents
• Develop alternate plans based on root cause analysis
• Follow escalation processes for unresolved issues
• Provide knowledge transfer and share best practices
• Forecast talent requirements for business needs
• Hire suitable resources for the team
• Train team members on recruitment and selection
• Ensure compliance with onboarding and training standards
