Responsibilities

• Drive technical solution support for continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD)
• Design and define DevOps architecture/framework for project delivery
• Select DevOps tools and platforms based on customer requirements
• Create tool deployment models for validation, testing, and performance monitoring
• Define and manage IT infrastructure for supported software code
• Manage the DevOps pipeline across the application lifecycle
• Collaborate on coding and scripting for software release
• Ensure onboarding application configuration from planning to release
• Integrate security throughout the DevOps lifecycle
• Provide customer support on DevOps tools
• Troubleshoot issues in DevOps tool implementation
• Perform root cause analysis of critical incidents
• Develop alternate plans based on root cause analysis
• Follow escalation processes for unresolved issues
• Share best practices and provide knowledge transfer
• Forecast talent requirements and hire suitable resources
• Train team members for effective recruitment and selection
• Ensure compliance with onboarding and training standards
• Build internal talent pool and promote career progression
• Set goals and conduct performance reviews for direct reports
