Job summary

Leads a DevOps team to coordinate operations, development, and testing by automating and streamlining application integration and deployment. Defines DevOps architecture and tool platforms, manages infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across the application lifecycle, integrates security, and resolves incidents through troubleshooting and root cause analysis. The role also oversees staffing, training, performance, and team engagement; Db2 LUW is a mandatory skill.

Responsibilities

• Define DevOps architecture and frameworks for project delivery.
• Select DevOps tools and platforms to meet customer requirements.
• Manage infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across the application lifecycle.
• Integrate security and data privacy into the DevOps lifecycle.
• Support customers and resolve DevOps tool implementation issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop solutions for critical incidents.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Forecast staffing needs, recruit resources, and support onboarding and training.
• Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to direct reports.
• Drive employee engagement and team capability development.
