Job summary

Curinos is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead cloud migration, automation, and release engineering initiatives, overseeing a team to build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure systems in a cloud-based environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role within DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Experience with CI/CD tools
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Familiarity with scripting/automation languages
• Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience mentoring engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps/Site Reliability engineers
• Provide stable and reliable infrastructure
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure
• Drive infrastructure-as-code practices
• Identify efficiency gains through AI
• Establish monitoring and alerting systems
• Provide leadership and mentorship
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams
• Manage stakeholder engagement and change management
• Oversee incident response and post-mortem reviews
• Plan for capacity, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Evaluate and implement new tools and best practices
• Provide 24/7 production support
