Job summary
Provides technical support to development teams deploying and operating Java applications on JBoss/WildFly. The role manages and troubleshoots deployment pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions, investigating logs, configuration, JVM, and connectivity issues before resolving them or escalating appropriately. AWS infrastructure experience with EKS, ECR, EFS, or NLB is beneficial.

Qualifications
- Approximately five years of experience in Java or middleware environments
- Experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting applications on JBoss/WildFly
- Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions, including pipeline creation, modification, and monitoring
- Ability to analyze deployment and runtime issues
- Ability to provide technical support to development teams
- AWS experience is beneficial, especially with EKS, ECR, EFS, or NLB
- Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools is beneficial
