DevOps – Omnissa (Workspace ONE UEM) (w/m/d)

Job summary

Responsible for stable, secure, and highly available operation of the Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating or developing IT infrastructure platforms
• Practical experience in DevOps environment and interest in automating operational processes
• Knowledge of automation tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab CI, is a plus
• Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker) and modern infrastructure technologies is desirable
• Knowledge in monitoring and analyzing systems, such as with Grafana or comparable solutions
• Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM or a comparable unified endpoint management solution is a plus
• Willingness to undergo a security check according to Hamburg Security Check and Protection Act (HmbSÜGG)

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable, secure, and highly available operation of the Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM platform
• Further develop the platform with new features, technical optimizations, and automations
• Develop and optimize automated deployment processes and support platform lifecycle management
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve system landscape regarding performance, stability, and operational security
• Collaborate with adjacent areas such as IT security, network, and customer administration, and provide technical advice regarding the platform
